1. General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 999dt and all its users. By using the 999dt website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

999dt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice will be posted on the website, and continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

All 999dt services are intended for personal and recreational use only. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Registration & Management

Registration on 999dt requires accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be terminated and any balance forfeited.

Account Registration Rules

• Each person may register only one account.
• Opening more than one account using the same device, home address, or phone number is not permitted.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and verifiable.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 999dt Support immediately.

KYC Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to withdraw above certain limits or to access promotional offers. A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may need to be submitted. 999dt aims to complete KYC verification within 48 hours.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create and use an account on 999dt. Account registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.

999dt is committed to keeping minors away from gaming. If any underage member of your household uses your device, please make sure your account is protected with a strong password.

4. Betting Rules

All betting activity on 999dt is governed by specific rules. 999dt reserves the right to void any winnings obtained in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• 999dt reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected, payouts may be withheld while an investigation is ongoing.

Live Betting

In-play and live betting are available on 999dt. During live betting, odds change rapidly and there may be a short delay in bet acceptance. If the odds change during that delay, the updated odds will apply.

Maximum Bet Limit

Maximum bet limits apply to each market and event. VIP members enjoy higher bet limits. Contact support for more details.

5. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

999dt supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are secured and encrypted.

Deposit Rules

• A minimum deposit amount applies and may vary by payment channel.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact Support.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Any transaction suspected of money laundering or involving illegal funds will be investigated and suspended.

Withdrawal Rules

• To make a withdrawal, you must have sufficient balance in your account and, where required, have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 5 minutes. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by account tier. VIP members benefit from higher limits.
• To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

999dt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement (typically 5x to 10x) must be fulfilled.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.

Regular Promotions

• Weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special event offers are available on a regular basis.
• Every promotion has a set validity period. If the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or false information are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

7. Security & Privacy

999dt places the highest priority on protecting members' personal information and financial data. All data is stored and transmitted securely using SSL encryption.

• 999dt will never ask for your password or banking PIN over phone, email, or chat.
• Member information will never be sold or transferred to any third party.
• It is recommended that you keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled for your account security.
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

8. Responsible Gaming

999dt believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That's why responsible gaming is a core part of our Terms & Conditions.

• Members can set their own deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion or a cooling-off period can be activated whenever needed.
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, the 999dt Support Team is available to help.
• Account registration and gaming are strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age.

9. Account Cancellation & Suspension

999dt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Identified as an underage user.
• Participation in money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Abusive behaviour toward other members or staff.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon account closure. However, if fraud is proven, all balances may be forfeited.

10. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact 999dt Customer Support first. We will review and respond to all complaints within a maximum of 72 hours.

• Please include relevant screenshots and supporting information when submitting a complaint.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, the official result shall always be considered final.
• 999dt's decisions are final and binding.
